• February: Workshop for SAGAG members, "Presenting Yourself Professionally". There has been a great interest in the workshop and it is currently full, however there is a waiting list. Members can contact the SAGAG President to be placed on the waiting list.
• March 2 (Friday): General Meeting and Internationally known Guest Speaker - Mark Ditzler
• March 3 (Saturday): Special Program - Canadian Guest Speaker - Amy Waldman-Smith
• March 10: Mark your calendars for Luminaria, a fun event showcasing San Antonio artist. SAGAG, SALSA, Brothers of the Flame and Larry West will be participating in Glass Alley, a Luminaria tradition. Volunteers are needed! Sign up Now.
• October 13: ART281 Show and Art Sale. Members and supports can get involved and volunteer. Artists, more information and applications will be available soon.
  
  New this year: Recycled Glass Challenge - Art281 will display your recycled glass creations. The judges will be Tim Tiemann, General Manager of Greenstar and Jane Martin, Professor or Architecture and Artist (who use recycled glass in professional light designs). Entry fees are $10 per piece with a limit of 3 pieces. Each piece must be 80% recycled glass.  Sign-up on the Art281 web site to keep up with news.

San Antonio Glass Art Guild (SAGAG)

San Antonio has a young growing guild of glass artists and enthusiasts who come together from a variety of disciplines including warm, cold and hot glass. We meet monthly with the exception of August and December. It's a great opportunity to meet people who have a passion for glass. We talk, learn and enjoy each others company.
